1.If you could make one rule that everyone in the world had to follow, what would it be?
My favorite word is determination. Determination is pushing oneself to the best of their ability. I use it everyday to see what I am really capable of. No matter what your dreams are, if you have determination, you can achieve greatness.
2.If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
I don’t think it is a secret, but self-confidence and a smile go along way. If I feel beautiful and show it on my face with a smile, I believe that everyone else can see that also. You’re never fully dressed without a smile.
3.When do you feel a child or teen becomes an adult?
Without a doubt it’s my family. I am so proud of my family for staying strong and optimistic with my mother’s disease, Cystic Fibrosis. No matter how sick Mom becomes, she is always there to for me. I am truly blessed to have such a loving and supportive family.
4.What do you feel you have learned in life that will be the most useful?
My favorite day of the week is Sunday. Church, dancing at the dance studio, and that evening eating popcorn with my family while watching “Desperate Housewives” and “Brothers & Sisters”. It’s a day to spend with my family and to look forward to the upcoming week.
5.What do you feel is the hardest job in the world and why?
I only have a good luck charm during volleyball season and that would be my kneepads. I’ve worn the same kneepads since sixth grade because I believe they bring me luck on the court. With my kneepads, I started all four years on varsity and was captain for two years.
