1.If you could make one rule that everyone in the world had to follow, what would it be?
I was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario in Canada. In Toronto, we have this exhibition called CNE with rides and games every summer. When I was 8, I went on a roller coaster with my cousin and my older sister. I was terrified, but forced to ride it. I still remember to this day because we have a video of everything, the way I held my cousins arm and screamed for dear life.
2.If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
When I was little, I was involved in many extra- curricular activities. I was in several dance recitals for jazz and ballet. I played various instruments like piano, violin, flute and even tried singing lessons. As well as sports, I played basketball, volleyball, swimming and taekwondo. I remember doing Ultra 2 for swimming and failing it the first time, I felt so embarrassed.
3.When do you feel a child or teen becomes an adult?
Throughout my whole childhood, I loved to cook and still do today. It’s been my passion to cook for others and is something I do whenever I am alone or sad. I was always told to become a chef , but it turns out that it was just a hobby for me when I was little. I realized that I was able to discover new things and experiment with what nature has to offer.
4.What do you feel you have learned in life that will be the most useful?
Visiting back home to the Philippines was a very difficult task for me because I would be terrified of travelling in airplanes. One time when I was 3 yrs old I would start yelling “Stop the Plane! Stop it! Stop the plane!” My family felt so embarrassed because all the passengers started staring and even the flight attendants tried to calm me down.
5.What do you feel is the hardest job in the world and why?
When I was graduating elementary school, I graduated with honours, Christianity award, Excellence in Geography, as well as Excellence in Art. I’m now a sophomore at Father John Redmond and already received honours in grade 9. I am taking AP English and AP Science because my ambition is to become a hygienist and travel to the Philippines to help those who are in poverty and help them with dental care.
