1.What is the funniest thing you remember as a child?
I have attended Roanoke Catholic School since kindergarten and could not imagine being anywhere else. It is very easy to notice the strong sense of community among all the students. My parents have instilled in me respect for adults and kindness towards all. Roanoke Catholic takes this a step further to ensure we are the best students we can be. I am proud to be part of a school that just celebrated its 125th anniversary.

2.What is the one piece of clothing you wish you owned?
I am extremely driven. I have worked very hard to remain on the A Honor Roll since first grade. My aspiration is to become a reconstructive surgeon. Both of my parents being in the medical field certainly sparked my interest. I would like to give people confidence through surgery if they were born with a deformity, were in an accident, or have lower confidence levels from something they view as a deformity.

3.What season of the year is your favorite and why?
My platform focuses on community service. When I was six, I collected animal supplies for my birthday instead of gifts and donated them to the Humane Society. When I delivered my donation I would play with the animals. I have continued doing this for all my birthdays. This is when volunteerism started for me. I love my platform especially because it allows me to lend a helping hand to those who need it most.

4.What is your favorite movie?
I feel at home when I am on a stage. I like entertaining and making people laugh. I was cast in ten plays with Roanoke Children’s Theatre where I worked with several professional actors. I have played the violin for eleven years. I started playing when I was four years old and quickly came to love it. When I have free time, I like kayaking, fishing, golfing, and relaxing with my bearded dragon, Frances Sinatra.

5.What song makes you think of yourself?
I enjoy my family! I love going to my aunt’s house for Thanksgiving and Christmas Day and feasting with my whole family. The food is so good, and of course, I always have to have my gravy! I am lucky to know the importance of having a supportive family. Both of my grandparents are in their late seventies, and that is why I am always sure to cherish every hug and moment with them.
