1.What is the funniest thing you remember as a child?
I absolutely love my home state of Arkansas! We are called the Natural State for good reason. It is full of hillsides, mountains, lakes, rivers, streams and caverns. One of my favorite things is to be surrounded by all of nature’s beauty. If I were to choose somewhere else to live, it would be in Wyoming because I am mesmerized by the gorgeous scenery of Yellowstone National Park, the Rocky Mountains, and the beautiful canyons.
2.What is the one piece of clothing you wish you owned?
My family of six went to the Gulfarium in Destin, Florida to celebrate my 7th birthday. While we were watching the main attraction, my baby brother threw his bottle into the dolphin tank, in the middle of the act, and stopped the show! As soon as one of the dolphins noticed the bottle in the water, it retrieved it and took it to the trainer. My brother ended up being a part of the entertainment.
3.What season of the year is your favorite and why?
Being a part of the Girls Inc. initiative has been an incredible resource for me to be a role model for younger girls. This is a network of organizations focusing on the development of the whole girl by supporting, mentoring and guiding them in a pro-girl environment. Girls supporting Girls! I will continue to “Be a Champion” advocating for real change at the national convention in Washington, DC. If we are #inhercorner she will succeed!
4.What is your favorite movie?
Beauty is found when someone personifies the Fruit of the Spirit. The attributes of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control, shine through a person and reveal who they are inside. True beauty comes from having confidence in the unique person that we were created to be, how we respond to difficult circumstances, and how we love others. I believe that a person’s inner beauty will always radiate to the outside!
